Returns and Refunds Policy

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you are entitled to return the goods under the following conditions:

1.1 Your Right to Cancel: Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision to return the goods within 14 days by contacting us at nash@leonglobal.co.uk. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

1.2 Return Conditions:

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Certain items are excluded from the right to cancel, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food and flowers).

    • Custom-made or personalised items.

    • Sealed goods that have been opened (e.g., hygiene products).

1.3 Return Costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

1.4 Faulty or Incorrect Goods: If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement. We will cover all costs of returning such goods and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

1.5 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • We will refund the standard delivery charge if your entire order is returned.

  • Any additional delivery costs for express shipping will not be refunded unless the goods were faulty or incorrect.

1.6 Exclusions to Refunds: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items returned outside the cancellation period (14 days after delivery).

  • Goods that are not returned in their original condition (unless faulty or damaged upon delivery).
